The only reason there is a star showing is I couldn't seem to erase it. After two ambulance trips to hospital and seeing doctor at Scottish Rite, our family contacted the office a total of six times for follow up appointment, to no avail, finally soliciting the help of our pediatrician for an appointment. Today, a family member picked up child up from school, met mother at work, who proceeded to doctor's office - over 90 miles. They were told she was 20 min late (not appointment time we had) and could not be seen. This is the first appointment since the hospital admission and we feel it was very important. I cannot believe this attitude when we are talking about a child. We will find another doctor.
