They had my car for over 5 weeks when the very reputable insurance was paying for damages. When I did get my car back, the motor shook like crazy, it pulled heavily to the right, and there is a severe grinding noise in the front end. This is practically a brand new car with less than 25K miles on it. They assured me that they did excellent work. It sat untouched for 4 weeks, while I was in a rental. It wasn't until after 30 days when I no longer had access to a rental car that they began work on the car. I had to use my fiance's car while she got picked up for work during that time. Otherwise I would have had to pay out of pocket for a rental and still make car payments on my car. It cost me over $125 a week when I had no car. Take your car to a dealer in West Palm Beach. It's worth it.
