Review content:
We rented 4 of their patio heaters @80 per heater.Heaters were delivered and assembled on that Friday to our home. After delivery, the propane powered heaters did not work and the 76 guests (temp was 57 degrees)were left cold and uncomfortable for the patio/deck live band event. Next, we were forced to call their 24-7 emergency ON-Call tech who said that he was on his way to assist. Not only did he not show up to to help us address the broken heaters, but he refused to give us a call back (we even called him the day after but no response). Ironically enough, on the following business day (Monday)we were told that the tech was in a mysterious car accident on his way to our home the eve of event. Funny enough, that same individual arrived to pick up the heaters from our home during return. THE BIG DEAL is that Grand Rental Station refused to give us one dime back for a refund. All 4 propane tanks were full and not used. The ice on the cake is that the owner was extrememly rude on the phone and hung up on us. If you like to gamble, then play it at your own risk! My guests are still complaining about how uncomfortable the temp was. Some even got sick. disappointed and robbed is an under statement!
