I have been going here for more than 3 years and get my hair done by Ornella. She is VERY good and I watch her do other people's hair when I am there, and she really knows her stuff with all kinds of styles and types of hair. She always makes me look like a movie star. She gives advice and does everything to make sure her customer leaves the store very satisfied. They are very reasonably priced and the new premises are very comfortable and attractive. I highly recommend them to anyone and I think they should be considered for ""Best of Boston"".
Pros: Excellent service/ reasonable prices
Cons: Can't always get an appointment when I need one. They are busy.
