I recently bought and atv at this dealership and under iowa law they are required to issue the buyer a ""registration applied for card"" which I did not receive. When I told the dealership this they simply told me that its not their problem and I have been lied to by their salesman, mark, several times so he could cover his own mistake. They also have an unsatisfactory rating with the business bureau for failure to resolve complaints. Yamaha is a good machine but you would be better off going somewhere else.
Pros: good vehicle selection
Cons: poor customer service
