Where do I begin....NSF charges for BOUNCED Worker's Comp. Checks, Checks written for different amounts (for several weeks it is written for one amount, then it is written for a different amount for two or three weeks...), or addressing the MOST HATEFUL-talking, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANIZED, and RUDE staff!!\r

I understand there are people out there who ""FAKE"" injuries in order to get money from companies; but there are MANY people who have legitimate claims due to injuries on the job, and they deserve common courtesy. If you hate your job so much, then change jobs! If you are the ""owner"" and find it so hard to just be courteous to people you are PAID to help; then GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS!!!! There is NO REASON to be RUDE ALL THE TIME regardless of the nature of your clients' call. From the receptionist to the CEO...I have YET to find ONE who was the least bit kind, and IF you can get PAST the receptionist and are actually ALLOWED to speak to your adjuster; be ware....they'll either speak harshly to you or pretend ""the check is in the mail"", even when they have it sitting on their desk the whole time. \r

If I sound critical, I'm not. However, what I AM is sick of being FORCED to deal with this company and it's staff. The only way to get ANY help at all was to call my County HR department and let them know how I was being treated, and that my checks were WEEKS late, and every time I called to ask about it, the lady just shuffled things around on her desk and told me the checks had gone out and she didn't know WHY I had failed to receive mine. Not only is getting your MONEY a problem; getting your prescriptions and medical care (which THEY arrange FOR you to get) is almost a JOKE! I have waited on my medicines that I have NEEDED desperately for MONTHS, and ended up having to call my County HR to get those also, as the County pays them EVERY WEEK to make sure I have what is needed. \r

I know people have bad days now and then, but COME ON!! If Every day of Every week, of EVERY year is so bad, (I've been with them almost 5 years now), then GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS!!! They are hateful and raise their voices to the Doctor's office(s) staff members, to the Pharmacy staff members, and any other individuals who have anything to do with their client's well-being, and that is just NOT good business.\r

When it comes down to the point you are hateful to EVERYONE you meet; find something else to do with your life...find some other way to feed your family...unless you've run them away also. I find this group of people to be very, very, sad, They seemingly find NO LOVE for even themselves, so the thought they might find a way to care anything at all for others is as null and void as the compassion you won't find in their hearts. (I beginning to think they HAVE no heart...maybe it is just a thumping gizzard!) \r

My mother was a wise, loving, compassionate woman of God who taught me to be kind to others, and treat them the way I would like to be treated...however, I DON'T quite think they were taught the same lessons, and that makes for a very sad existence. I do hope there is still time for them to change, and they find a way to allow love and compassion into their hearts if they plan to continue to work with injured, & hurting people.\r
