I've could share a few horror stories of experiences I've had at other locations, but I was going to be in LA and thought I'd give Kenya and the Bee's a try. It was well worth it. One, if not the most painless experience. She was quick, friendly and very personable. She even managed to work through technical difficulties with one of the warming tubs... Kenya defines the epitome of a professional.
Pros: Friendly atmosphere, outgoing staff, very professional services
Cons: Too far from the East Coast!
