I joined this health club yesterday and had a wonderful first impression that I would like to share with those looking to join a professionally run health club in the area. I had called weeks ago and spoke with the manager and she was very helpful and answered all my questions(which were a lot) with no attitude and did not rush me (this is a big deal to me because I have called clubs in the past who tried to rush me off the phone and were annoyed that I had a number of questions.) She posessed a lot of knowledge and compassion in my needs and concerns for joining a health club.\r
When I walked in this health club yesterday I was prepared to join. The manager signed me up and I immediately knew she was the one who I spoke with on the phone because she really has a unique personality that stands out. She really has a brilliant personality, especially for this kind of business. The owner even came over and introduced himself to me while I was joining. \r
These small things really made a big impression and made me feel really comfortable in an enviornment that is usually a bit intimidating.
