Let's face it -- getting an eye exam once a year is up there with having your license renewed and doing your taxes -- it's a regular chore that's, well, a chore. Dr. Frank makes it more of a visit to an old friend. He's got an incredible personable manner and a great way of making you happy to see him. I have been going to him for almost 15 years. I go out of my way to get to him, regardless of where my work takes me. He's great. He also cares deeply about all aspects of eye health and does not chastise me for the transgressions that I take with my contacts (lateness on exams, less than perfect contact regimens etc.) He's a best-kept secret.
