Review content:
The pizza is adequate BUT the customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced in any arena! While placing an order I spoke with a female and I had to prompt HER to ask for my address, phone number, etc. Then when the pizza was over 2 hours late I called to complain and she told ME she didn't like my tone and hung up the phone on me!! Can you EVEN?? I come from NY city where customer service is a joke but even there I have NEVER been treated this way. I would never call back to this place - let them sell their pizza to someone dying of hunger. And they would probably be dead before the pizza is delivered!
Pros: the food isn't horrible
Cons: customer service is beyond HORRIBLE and delivery service is equally HORRIBLE!!
