Phillip Michael Studio is a fantastic place. I have been on a hunt for over 4 years since I've moved down here to find a great stylist - and believe me I have tried just about every high end salon in the Baltimore Washington area and had yet to be impressed.... Phillip did a great job. He really took the time to consult with me and figure out what I wanted (the others say they do that... let's face it most of them don't and they do what they want to do...and just want to get you in and out of their chair as fast as they can!!!) I trusted him completely and he did a great job. I got a great new style and color that for about the first time ever... didn't fade in a week! Phillip will make you happy. I will definitely be back.
Pros: highly experienced in cut and coloring, nice atmosphere
Cons: a little pricey... but hey it's the city..and well worth it!
