THE ABSOLUTE WORSE MANAGEMENT COMPANY YOU COULD HIRE TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY!\r
\r
Never again! I wouldn’t even give them a single star rating if I had the option to do so on here. \r
\r
Their communication and response time is unacceptable. You call your property manager and they never call you back (you would be lucky if they call you back a week later). All unit owners (32 of them) all complained to the board about the management company. Our board was always given miscommunication, and miss leading information. We would be charged for every single little thing, including the property manager coming to post up a sign in our cork boards ($10.00) for every time she had to come to the property. The attorney they used NESBIT ripped us off and we were never able to collect on a single delinquent account. They used vendors of their choice and it seemed like they were paid first before our mandatory bills, e.g., AT&T, and other general monthly bills. Our services would get disconnected all of the time because we always owed vendors’ money due to inconsistency on their way of handle ling our association money. THEY NEVER FOLLOWED OUR BUDGET. In the end before our association fired them, we were practically self managed doing everything the property manager should’ve and was being paid to do. \r
\r
BEST THING I COULD SAY IS THAT WE FIRED PILGRIM AND NO LONGER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!\r
\r
If you are considering on hiring Pilgrim I would strongly urge you to do your research and ask to speak with other condo boards they are currently managing. Something our precious board failed to do (they went with the cheapest) apparently.\r
