Review content:
I just got off the phone with them for inquiring about a my $400 they were suppose to send out to fix and after 5 months, they still didn't receive the phone. When they picked up the phone, they talked in Chinese, then realized I was an English speaking customer so they handed off the phone to someone else who can also barely speak English. I didn't have my invoice in front of me so they couldn't search me in their system without an invoice number. My name didn't even come up in their system. And after about 1 minute on the phone with them and obviously they couldn't find my phone in their system, They told me ""Im busy right now, so I can't talk to you"". Pros: none at all Cons: they are rude, bad work ethics.
