I ordered a part for my peerless transmission, as it showed in stock and at a great price. Unfortunately after not recieving it a week after paying for it, I called them, and the said it had to be special ordered from the distributor and would take seven to ten business days before it shipped. Now that its been a month I called back several times before reaching a person. She told me they have no ETA from the distributor. I found out after I could have bought the whole transmission for $20 less than I paid for the part and already had it delivered. I am disgusted with Turf Tractor. My mistake was not checking reviews before making a purchase. Pay a little more elsewhere and get your part.
