I have taken Kettlebell Kickboxing here, as well as Muay Thai classes. This is by far the best academy, with incredible people, staff and students alike. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. The training and workout sessions were the best I've ever experienced. Whether you are a seasoned martial artist, or a newcomer, the instructors, and students, will work with you to help improve your skill level. I have learned so much here and been truly inspired. This is a must go place for all your fitness needs!
