My husband and I have lived at Dakota Station Apartments for about 9 months. Before we found this place I spent several months very methodically searching for the perfect apartment. I mean I had charts that I made with all the things we were looking for so I could check them off as we did a walk through. As soon as we found Dakota Station we threw out my charts because every other place we looked at (a LOT) paled in comparison. I can't express enough how amazing this place is (but I will try anyway). The property is not too big, best price per square foot I ever found, patio with storage, large dining area, jacuzzi tub in every apartment, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full size washer and dryer (and they don't charge you extra for them like a lot of places do). It is right next to the Fanno Creek Trail. So close that I can see it from my office window! It is within walking distance of Washington Square mall and super close to 217 but all I hear are the birds and squirrels in the day and frogs and crickets at night. The property manager is such a sweet heart and really cares about our community here. Oh yeah and they have garages too!! Bottom line is my husband and I won't be moving from here until we buy a house someday!!
