DO NOT LEASE HERE. It is awful. It is advertised as luxury living and is far from it. The noise level from outside is really bad, from loud trucks, to motorcycles. Half of what they advertise is FALSE they state solar screens is part of of their enviromental friendly perk to help save yYOU money. It has been a year and they have ONLY installed partial that is all the owner would approve, why is something that is advertised having to be approved? It looks crappy and cheap. The apt we live in is drafty and cold in the winter and warm in the summer. From what I have learned by living here it is shotty construction because my light bill is still high! And the water they waste is UNREAL. We are connected to the golf courses water and when theres goes up so does ours. I have never lived in a place where my water bill goes up and down like it does. \r

The speeding in this community is UNREAL. The trash on the balcony's does not make for luxury living but ghetto living. For what you pay to live here it is not worth it. We will not be resigning.
