I am new the area and recently checked out Ryan's salon. I often avoid nicer salon's because of the general ""snooty attitude"" of people who work in them. I was VERY glad I went to Ryan's - the staff was not only very welcoming but you can tell that the stylists (Patrick, specifically who I saw) have a very personal way of making you feel like you are not just a cut, you're a client.
Overall my haircut was excellent and I wasn't just treated to hospitality, Patrick was also funny!
I would reccomend this salon to anyone who is looking for a great quality cut and a personalable experience.
