I will never return to this store, or to any other chain store like it to have my vision needs met. \r

I had prior experience, which was not totally horrible, but that has changed this year. The staff (in general-one or two of them really tried) does not appear interested in being helpful. Their demeanor suggests that listening isn't a skill they have acquired, and that they would much rather be doing ANYTHING else....than helping bring resolution to any concerns that I-as a customer-might have. \r

They don't listen, they don't listen, they don't listen....and finally.....they don't really act as if they care.
