Review content:
I was a little hesitant to go after the reviews I'd read on here about not only this office but other valuevision sites. I thought I would give it a try anyway. I was pleased with service, price, and promptness.\r \r I was greeted as I walked in the office, I found a good selection of glasses and was approached by a staff member who then helped me find the perfect glasses. I never know what looks good on my face but Liz was really helpful. I saw (I believe his name was) Dr.Landa and he was personable and knowledgeable. \r \r The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the lady who was helping me with my contacts was not very fast on the computer and I think someone else in the office should have come over to help process my order atleast after the second time she had to walk over to ask for help. So I could have been done sooner instead of letting the poor woman struggle to try and figure out how to give me the correct discounts. Team work would have benefited me the customer in this situation.\r \r The next day I came back for my glasses and didn't have to wait long to get my glasses. They were done the day prior but I chose to come in the next day.
