Review content:
My wife and I have been shopping at Venda at least once a week for the last 4 years. We love the food, and a couple of the employees are nice but overall the service is awful. Many times while waiting in line we are overlooked by the employees. Several other customers will walk up ahead of us and get served immediately when the staff knows we've been waiting. Often before we are done ordering they will move on to another customer. Some of the employees look at us like we are not good enough (I guess the $300- $400 we spend every week is not good enough for them) Several times while waiting to be served-with no one else waiting in line-they will see that i'm there and just continue working on something else-like the customers don't matter (cause they make so much money without having customers).
