I have been getting haircuts and color from Jim for over 6 years. he is receptive and easy to talk to. always helpful with suggestions and new ideas. i have never left his shop without feeling happy and excited about my mop. i'm the type of girl who wants to get a haircut and maybe some color and that's it! i don't like the stale feeling of a salon. at mug and brush you feel like you are visiting your friends house, where you can just relax and have a very pleasent experience.
Pros: i have great hair...from JIM!
