All jokes aside, I swear that the ""Mongolian Beef"" was NOT beef at all...I'm afraid to know what it was. Perhaps I should contact the local Humane Society and find out if there are any 'regular' adoptors of asian persuasion. \r
\r
100% Vegetable dishes are pretty good. Although, what their menu claims to be ""Chinese Vegetables"" is actually 100% American, vegetables available locally...quite a disappointment.\r
\r
I've also tried pork there...it was super dry and tough. \r
\r
The shrimp was almost the consistency of mush. Disgusting!!\r
\r
Out of about 8 visits (small town with few restaurants), I was disappointed every time regarding quality. Quantity is more than adequate, the price is good, but the food ( specifically meat products) is quite terrible. \r
\r
Moreover, the service staff needs some serious training in hospitality. Maybe it's a cultural thing, but I never thought the proprietor of a restaurant should 'stare down' their customers as they enter, or eyeball their wives while taking orders. This is America dude, and that's disrespectful. ( Disrespect customer = no more customer ) \r
\r
They get plenty of business here in London ( cultural hub of the universe ) but they won't get any more of mine!
Pros: location, price, speed of food preparation
Cons: very poor meat quality, unfriendly service staff
