Review content:
Although Gender park Condos is a beautiful property and has different events throughout the year for residents I have had a hard time getting my requests taken care of on the property. Such as mulch not being delivered at my address when everyone else got theirs and a dead tree that was promised to be removed 2 years that is still there. Also, management has a poor response time returning phone calls. If you don't want the assistance of the office personnel this is the place for you!
