I walked into hirsute with very dark hair and copper highlights. I showed the owner a photo of the highlight color I wanted. He said ""That is similar to what you already have."" I said, ""Yes"". I walked out with blond highlights. All the way home I kept thinking maybe it is just a shade lighter that what I was use to or maybe it was the lighting in the salon. When I got home my husband said, ""Hey your blond"". \r

The owner walked by when the stylist was drying my hair and said, ""The color looks good"". He never asked how I like the color. The stylist asked how I liked it and I said, ""It looks blond"". She said, ""Yea it does"". \r

I am so upset about the color I really can't comment on the cut at this point. I have had other good cuts in Rochester.\r

I tried this place based on the reviews on this web site. Since my experience at hirsute I re-read some of the reviews and notice a number of them say, ""The best cut or color ever ."" I think employees and friends made these comments. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.
Pros: To upset about them ruining my hair.
Cons: Terrible highlights, only take cash, parking terrible
