I grew up in lockport and that was the only store my family ever went to. Sure the store may smell but with the amount of animals that they have, it should. I've looked around the store and gone in at different times of the day and the animals are always well taken care of and clean. When I was in the other day the vet was in giving check ups and shots on the animals. I purchased a hampster for my daughter, lets just say it didn't work out and the employee at the desk was very rude. I wasn't going back, but as it happened I decided to go in and complain. My hampster issue was resolved and I was assured that the employee would be spoken to. I went in again and the employee was very nice and if I ask a question that someone doesn't know they found the right person who does know the answer. I will continue going back. If you have a problem with an employee, speak up. It seemed to work for me.
