I have shopped for myself and somewhat pleased with the shops in Houston. When my best friend told me where to find exceptional maternity clothing. I was amazed at the selection and the friendlines of the owner and her staff. The store has a boutique style, excellent selection of NEW SAMPLES at 1/2 off retail. Wonderful play area for the child. MY NEICE DIDN""T WANT TO LEAVE. I learned about the benefit of cloth diapers and how wonderful they were from another MOM in the store, and the selection of baby clothes was amazing, This store excels in customer service, friendly staff, and knowledgeable about nursery needs. The one thing that caught my attention the most was as the children came in with their moms they came behind the counter or whereever she was and greeted MS. YOLANDA"" and hugged her as if they were part of her family. AS a MOM to be you have to know she has a way with children. So i plan to promote this shop because every customer or phone call was handled like they were all very special., which in todays retail ""CONSISTENT EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE"" is a rarity. I should know because as an old employee of NEIMAN MARCUS"" ITS the one thing I notice when I shop.
