I learned of the product at a home improvement expo in the Chicago suburbs. I filled out a lead card and asked to be contacted regarding an estimate. I waited 2 weeks and they never called. Finally, I emailed them on a Sunday evening explaining that I've waited for 2 weeks and have not heard anything. On Monday morning, I received a call to schedule an appointment. The appointment was set for the upcoming Friday at 10:30 am. About 2 hours after I set the appt, I called back and requested the appointment time to be pushed back 1 hour until 11:30 as I was going to be traveling that day. Lindsay was very accommadating and said it was ""no problem"" and I was the only person on the list so far for that day. On Friday, I hopped an 6:30am flight home from Houston, TX to make sure I'd be back in Chicago on time for the estimate. 11:40 rolled around and still no Rhino Shield guy at my house or no phone call to my cell or home. I called the office and was told he was on the way and that he tried calling me (which is not true because my cell phone was on since 8:30 and my wife was at home). They took my cell phone number again and said they'd have him call me right away. At 11:55, he called to tell me that he was still about ""an hour away and hoped that it was still ok."" I told him it was NOT ok, that I flew home early from Houston to meet with him and I was not going to wait around for another hour for him to show up. He suggested he could meet with me later in the day and I refused as I had already made plans to spend Good Friday with my wife and kids after the estimate which was supposed to take place at 11:30. I met a competitor company at the same home improvement expo who called me the following day and came to my home to give me an estimate 3 days later. Needless to say, I hired the other company as did my next door neighbor. These guys are unreliable. Had I ended up hiring these guys, who knows if and when they would have showed up to do the job. NOT RECOMMENDED!
