Well, It has been sometime now since we have last heard from JOHN and his wife, The owner / technician of Astech Computers. We purchased a website, and paid in full for development, services, and hosting. After 11 months and NO activity except ONE image added to the site, in which was totally incorrect information( ie. name, address, number), we sought a more, professional, business related company. We have since then contact JOHN and his Wife; To see about forwarding our domain name so the new company can host/provide service to our site. John has since then only supplied an FTP Login, which hasent been for our working directory, nor has the ability to be updated. The new company has also tried to contact John and his wife several times in which they still will not reply, answer, or deem themselves responcible for my service/domain/hosting that we have already PAID for in FULL. Mrblvdsigns is our site, and the work related there is partial work that JOHN had updated to the working directory for the hosting / site developer/provider we are now working with. John and his wife and as far as I am concerned the entity "" Astech Computers "" is nothing but a scam, computer recycling, web design/hosting, hardware repair, software migation, They know nothing of what they advertise. We just want what we paid for, and since this isnt going to be provided by them, We'd like them to ATLEAST forward our domain name that we already PAID for, to someone more suitable and capable of doing this work. We will take the loss just to have the peace of mind of being finished, and no longer associated and affilaited with this company. New customers please steer clear, you have been warned. By the way I put one star because it wasen't possible to leave a Negative feedback. Pros: Absolutely Nothing! Cons: Everything, Their Service, Their Professionalism, Their Tech
