this group sets the standard for professionalism. the strive for and achieve excellence in their interactions with temps and client alike. their shining gem is Michelle Weber. her approach is unique and refreshing in an age of disaffected people just going through the motions. she takes time to guide her people through the steps of employment and can be counted on to be there when and if challenges of any nature arise. she is a cool calm head in a what is a tempestuous sea of Microsoft at times. she is at once firm and direct while being kind and nurturing .I expect her remaining time with kelly my be limited as I have no doubt she herself is being recruited by bigger fish.
