If you are a Direct TV or Dish Network customer, don't expect this organization to be on time, do the requested work or tell the truth. There is not enough space on this review to convey to you the experience we just had with this ""outfit"". They were late, didn't show up, were sent to other jobs and lied about what it would take to do the job. When I spoke with the Manager, he got the technician on the phone who lied thru his A-- about what it would take to move a receiver. I finally had to get an electrician who did exactly what needed to be done in less than an hour. This was after this ""outfit"" told us it couldn't be done, we would need another satellite dish, etc. etc. BEWARE! If either provider tells you they are sending this bunch of Morons out to your house, request another company. Once I called them on it and said that I had it done by an electrician they had the gall to tell me that they checked Google Earth and the technician was right. WRONG!!!!! The only thing you can see on Google Earth is my house and the trees around it. I told the provider they need to drop this company as a partner before they lose their customers. They even gave us the wrong phone number to call to reach our Dish provider?????
