Yeah, I really didn't want to spend a couple of grand on the transmission for my 2002 Acura TL, but I actually didn't mind the experience! I broke down on 40, had to have the damned thing towed from the side of the road to their shop, and wow, they picked up the cost of the tow since I did the rebuild with them!\r
My Acura had 110,000 miles on it, and I guess this is a known problem with these things. Andy and Daniel diagnosed it, kept me informed and walked me through the whole process from beginning to end. I really like the way Andy confirms with me at every step that I am approving the process. I elected to let them do a full engine tune up while it was there in addition to the transmission rebuild.\r
Within a week, Andy and Daniel had my car back to me, in MUCH better shape than when I dropped it off. Andy took me into the shop and showed me my old parts and the mess I'd made of the transmission. They offered to ride with me before I paid, and were just generally helpful, kind, and professional. I am SO glad that I was introduced to these guys, and I can assure you that I am going to be using them for ALL my automotive needs.
