My husband and I just came home from our first visit to Southern Lights. Great showroom & selection, but HORRIBLE customer service. They were not interested in our business. We spent 30 minutes looking at lighting, nobody said a word to us. Finally we went to the counter, after 10 minutes of waiting somebody finally acknowledged we were there. We were directed to go look at the lights by ourselves to get ideas of what we liked. After viewing lighting for an additional 20 minutes, we got so angry that our sales lady didn't come back to check on us, we decided to leave... We would have understood if Southern Lights was really busy, but it wasn't at all. There were around 3-4 customers in the store and 5-6 sales clerks.
Pros: Great showroom and selection
Cons: Horrible customer service-will never go back
