I'd give them zero stars if I could. Started with a tow scam- took my wife to their location rather than the one that she requested with a promise of a student discount. There was one, but it amounted to about $1.50 off of 400 bucks when all was said and done. Diagnosed the repair and made a part recommendation. We asked them to make sure that the part was chromed, and were assured that it was. It wasn't. Called them to see if they had kept the part, and were told we'd get a call back. We didn't; had to call them again. We finally told them to proceed with the incorrect part. and they told us Friday that work would be done on Monday, yet when I spoke to them on Tuesday they hadn't even ordered the part. Raised Hell and got the work done; told them I wanted the original part back and was assured that it had been placed either in the front seat or the trunk. It wasn't . Called them back and again had to yell to get any sort of action from them. Walked in, grabbed the part off of the floor and walked out without anyone saying a word. Oh, and by the way the part came in 50 bucks more than they quoted. Don't give these guys your business. Don't trust them to honor their word. Don't trust them to take care of your vehicle. How these guys remain in business is beyond me. I see where ""Steve"" has posted here challenging people not to write one sided reviews and pointing to the 1500 customers they service a day. My response to ""Steve"" is to look at the people that have taken the time to write reviews here and to consider whether he really wants to call them out- the vast majority of them DON""T LIKE YOUR COMPANY. You need to take that feedback and make some changes. If you honestly think that you can defend a transaction where the customer tried on three separate occasions to HELP your technicans make the right decision but they still failed to do so, then I believe that says everything that anyone needs to know about Bobby and Steve's Auto World
