Customer service ? My sister in-law's conputer hard drive crashed at 89 days on the HP she bought from Computer One Plus (Baxter). She took it back to the store for warranty service. Two employees sat at the desk and watched her carry the unit from the car and try to open the front door while holding the compter in one hand. When she entered the store, she was greeted with "" what do ya need"". Did I mention that it was snowing. There was no charge for the hard drive, BUT the charge to install the hard drive was $189.00. The reason I am writing this is she is still not up and running as Computer One Plus (Baxter wanted extra dollars to recover her information from the fried hard drive. When she bought the computer the employees were all over her to ensure the sale. Sounds like a car dealer I know. Cons: No customer service
