Review content:
Saw a segment on the ""Chicago's Best"" food show that aired on Jan 1st and was shocked I had never heard of them. Having 2 teenage boys who LOVE to eat we stopped in last Friday for their Brat lunch and they were amazing - best I've ever had!! The meat was tender, juicy with the perfect seasonings!!! Can really taste that you're eating fresh meat. The owner told me he uses no preservatives. While I was there, I bought some of their Polish Sausage and made Maxwell Polish Sandwiches tonight - they too were amazing! The Polish Sausage is as delicious as the Brats. Also bought Italian Sausage - which I'm cooking later this week.
The sausages honestly are better than what you'd get at Portillo's or at Casey Meats. I can't believe I didn't know about this place....a hidden secret, gem for sure. It's now the first stop I'll make when I go out grocery shopping!! Can't wait to try some of their other meats
