Firts our apartment got flooded, they send us to a crapy motel for 2 weeks, after that they refuse to pay for any more days, and practicaly forced us to find other place.They told us that they had other apartments for rent ,we were so desperate to get out of the motel that we decided to move to these apartments on Nocta. Belive it or not, it was worse. Our living room and dining room started leeking it took them 5 months to fix it, after that our restroom was liking as well poeple were just coming by to see what was wrong with it, but it took them forever to repare the leek, they never got to paint the ciling, expocing the patches that they left. OOH they toold us that if we whated we could buy or own paint.Finally we moved out, but the pama management its telling us that we need to pay them 70 dollars because they weren't able to rent the apartment for many days. We moved 3 days before the last of the month and we had pay until the 30 of that month. It is not our fault that the company and the manager are incompetent people that do not care. PLEASE DO NOT EVER RENT HERE, THERESE BETTER OUT THERE.
