Review content:
This place was built a few decades ago so it isn't sparkling new. It is however very well cared for, clean, and nice. The desk, room, and maintenance staff are all good. This shows through every day in big and small ways. They are friendly and helpful and make stays here pleasant and 'homey'. \r

The condo-like units come in one room/'efficiency', two room/'one bedroom', with a few two bedrooms. We have stayed in a few over the years. Each is an individually owned condo and they are centrally managed and maintained as in a hotel/motel. They are all furnished and decorated differently. Most are at least better than the average 'motel' and exhibit some indivuality. We like it. \r

The pool is in the center of the complex (3 buildings in a U shape). It is ver private and very nice. BBQ grills are available (free) for use via reservation. Each unit has a small but servicable kitchen (no ovens...cooktop, fridge, and microwaves). This is convenient and saves some $$$ during long stays, as Avalon and Stone Harbor are very nice but not cheap. Wifi is provided and works pretty well. We like it here.
Pros: Great pool area w BBQ, well kept, management
Cons: Tight on parking, busy during season.
