Review content:
I've been going here for several years and so I was quite shocked on my last visit for my free tire balance ( I bought almost 600 dollars in tires 6 months prior) to get a couple of phone calls informing me of what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost. I was given the impression my brakes were failing and it would cost around $500.00. I told them not to fix them since I was out of pocket for that amount. Then, I get another phone call saying my alignment is out and would I like the lifetime alignment for $170' something. I said no. Long story short, they never explained what I needed to have done when I picked the car up, just gave me an estimate of what I needed to have done.. about $800.00 worth of work. I took the paperwork to a friend and he said it said I had 10% wear on my back brakes & 30% wear on the front. According to the specs in the repair manual for my car,I was still well within the safety ranges. This deserved a phone call from the Firestone employee telling me my brakes were bad? I was so upset by this call that I started to cry. Come to find out that it wasn't that urgent? There was also a big greasy handprint on my driver's side door and fingerprints all over the car. Grease was also all on my steering wheel. They are totally not getting anymore of my business.
