I called today to reschedule an appointment. I was told the doctor wasn't in today and that I needed to call back on Monday. I explained that my appointment was for Monday afternoon so without a word I was put on hold. Eventually I got to a person who cancelled the appointment but told me to call back Monday to reschedule. When you do call back, you have to wait for them to return the call so be sure not to call when you need to go out,. This phone call took me 11 minutes which is way more than it should take to cancel an appointment. I have never had a pleasant experience with any of this staff so this was not unexpected. The are rude, unhelpful and rude. If I didn't love the doctor I see there, I would never return. I worked for doctors for 10 years and know you don't have to do business this way. I asked the last person if she ever read the comments on the internet and she said no.
