I will never go back to this place. While I can see that there is possibly SOME talent here, their lack of professionalism and friendliness make it hard to understand how they get any business. \r

To start, the woman who I took to be the owner was publicly talking crap about one of her employees and eating while doing a customer's hair. That should've been my first sign. But, since I had a gift card I figured I'd stick around. Then the girl they gave me to actually do my hair did nothing but complain about her finances, pregnancy and actually having to work. I didn't even know this girl! And she continued to bare all of her personal information. I was actually uncomfortable. The haircut was not even that good. You couldn't even tell I had gotten anything done. Then I went to settle up and the receptionist, who must've had a really bad day, was cold and didn't say a word to me but was actually talking about a customer who had just left to the hair stylist sitting next to her!! The whole scene seemed like a prank of some sort. \r

This place is weak at best. They're not warm or welcoming at all. What should've been a relaxing situation, turned out be an unpleasent situation that I could not wait to get out of. Save your time and money and go to a salon that will take the time to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. Pathetic.
