I've used both their dry cleaning and laundromat services here and found it quite simple and easy. I never had any troubles and it was always on time.
The laundromat is very clean and the machines work great. The staff is courteous and always refunded me if the machine was out of order.
To the person who gave the negative review, I would not judge a laundromat on their dry cleaning services. I would ask who the third party dry cleaners and ask for a refund there. I would also recommend showing receipt of the damaged good or an appraisal and request a refund. I know that some places may be hesitant, but I found out that if you're nice about it (but firm), they will give you fair compensation.
Pros: Clean, inexpensive, open machines
Cons: Some of the workers are not fluent in English
