I have VSP and was trying to find another location that took my insurance. I googled cypress optometrist and got cy fair eyecare called them and they were rude and short on the phone. Called cypress family eyecare the second one on the list. They were nice and took my insurance. Nothing big or unusual. Wanted a saturday appointment because I work all week long. did not have one for 2 weeks took the appointment because the person on the phone was nice and sounded real friendly. \r
went to my appointment and wow was I impressed. this place looked expensive and new. i asked how long they have been here and they said that they redid the place about a year ago. doctor was good, staff was better answered all my questions and was not pushy at all.
Pros: great staff and office
Cons: had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment
