This has to be the absolute worst chic fil a, that I have ever been to. To make a long story short, after receiving my order from their drive thru, my 10 year old son noticed he had a hair in his fries. Therefore I immediately went back through their drive thru to replace the fries. And to add insult to injury, versus the manager Cindy, just replacing the fries, she decided to accuse my 10 year son of lying, by stating the hair was not there when she gave the food to us. It was absolute ridiculous, I had never seen anything like it before in my life. All she had do, was just replace the fries without all the added disrespect. After going back and forth with her thru the drive thru, regarding where she thought the hair might have came from, I finally got sick of the whole thing and requested a refund. And to make matters worse, I called their corporate number to make a formal complaint to have her manager ""Sidge Boast"" basically side with her. I mean really, where is the customer service. At the end, he offered me a free meal, but I declined, “No Thanks"" I would not offer this type of treatment to my dog.
