Review content:
I had a cleaning done in September. My insurance covers 100% for cleanings. When I was done I was told I owed $68.00. When I asked about it and pointed out my insurance covers 100% I was told that ""there may be an x-ray that they do not cover. If they do cover it we will apply a credit to your account"". They never stated that they were not in the network. I had some work done the next week and was charged $575.00. Again, insurance covers 50% for this work. I later got an additional bill for $280.00 because ""the insurance would not allow what we charge since we are not a network provider. When I pointed out that they misled me they only replied ""I don't usually volunteer that information"" about not being a network provider.\r

I wrote to Dr Shaw and stated my concerns and asked her to call me so we could discuss things. She only wrote a letter saying she was sorry I was unhappy with my insurance. She never did call me. \r

The actual dental work was not bad, but certainly not worth the money I paid.\r
