It's difficult to not want to buy one of EVERYTHING in this place, as the tarts, bars, and other goodies are gorgeous. I'm generally a DIY baked goods gal, but in a jiffy the pastries from Bread & Co. work just as well. I mean, my cupcakes are tasty...but not nearly as pretty as some of Bread & Co.'s bars. There are a plethora of pastry types: various sizes, flavors, etc. Sandwiches, breads, and coffee are also served. I've had mixed experiences with service; sometimes the employees are quite friendly and offer to help immediately, other times I've had to wait, lusting at the cakes behind the glass display, until someone realized I was waiting for help. All in all, it's a nice option outside of Boston to get some fancy looking and fancy tasting treats to bring to someone's dinner party. Pros: lots of variety Cons: service can be iffy
