First off I would like to recommend this company to anyone who needs transportation service. They were nice, friendly, prompt, professional, and most of all efficient. I would rate them A+++!!! Usually, you expect the minimum since, it's their job and they probably don't want to be @ work anyway....HOWEVER, the person I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful, patient, friendly, and exceeded my expectations for customer service. The chauffeur, Dante, who picked up our Bachelorette party was 20 minutes early and called us to let us know that he was waiting outside. He greeted us professionally and had a cheery mood that made the experience more enjoyable (The Escalade looked amazing!) Not to mention, when we got in the limo, the interior was clean (no tears or stains), and everything was in it's place. The drinks and liquor we requested were already in the limo along with glasses and plenty of ice, which made it convenient for all the girls to pregame before our wild night out! :) ASK FOR DANTE .... you won't be disappointed. Out of all the limo services I have used for business/outings, I would say Millenium Limo has had the best service, hands down. I will not be going to any other limo company.
