Review content:
I logged on here to write a great review of my doctor and all I can say is wow! I can't believe anyone would say anything negative about this office, I have been a patient here for years and have never had a bad experience. I love my doctor and have spent plenty of time in the office since I have had 2 babies with her. They are certainly very busy since they are so popular and the wating room is usually hopping, but I have never waited more than 30 minutes and have been happy to do so. The waiting room is lovely and the front desk staff have always been pleasant and efficient. I am sure the receptionist must have a bad day sometimes ,unfortunately it sounds like the comments below reflect one of those days. It's sad since these are obviously very unusual events and readers may get the wrong impression. I feel like the nurses treat me like a friend, they know each patient personally after a while and it seem so comfortable and warm. Now 2 years after my last baby I went recent for an annual exam and they still remember me, ask about my family and job, ask to see my baby pictures... you can just tell they really care. I have seen Dr HS's nurse practitioner Brandi several times and she is lovely, and can see patients the same day if you can't get in to see the doctor. Incidentally I was there the week after the hurricane and they were obviously very short staffed. I could not believe they were even open, Dr. HS told me that none of the doctors had power and they all still came in to see their patients, even though they had no nurses and only one receptionist. Anyone who would complain about the level of service they got that week is crazy! These ladies are super dedicated and I guess you can't please everyone but I would venture to guess that 99% of their patients would rave about them, but there is always that 1% that you can't please. Unfortunately that 1% always makes the most noise and good news doesn't spread as fast as bad, sad but true.
Pros: Great doctors, staff that knows who you are
Cons: Med center traffic, nothing else
