Business Bravos to Bunkey's! After a much needed wash, we noticed the rear window wiper of my daughter's station wagon had gotten torn off. I was completely anticipating a ""denial of liability"" by the carwash staff. I was totally gearing up for a confrontation as the manager, Bill Gabello headed over. He stunned me by immediately saying they would order the new wiper, call me when it came in, and install it. Within the week Bill had done exactly that. And because he had shown such exemplar customer service, I tried to at least pay him for the part but he absolutely declinede. Mr. Gabello showed great integrity and I will forever be a Bunkey's customer.
