In November, I had a company out to clean my main drain when my tubs and toilets stopped draining. Well this company was at my home for under an hour and a half and charged me $300!!! 2 days later the exact same problem had recurred. I called the company, and they would not come out unless I paid them for a service call. They mentioned on the phone that they suspected that the main drain was broken and would probably need to be replaced. They wanted $95 just to come out and give me a quote on repairing my main drain and said they couldn't come out until the following day. Hello I had sewage backed up in my basement and I couldn't use my toilets or take a shower. I hung up and called around. I spoke with one other and received a lot of voice mails. Only one other company ever called back and they never came out to provide me a quote! Virginia Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning came out before the end of the same day at no charge, called me about 9 pm that evening with a price quote, and were out at 8:30 am the following morning with a formal contract for me to sign. 20 minutes later, they commenced to excavating my front lawn in order to replace and repair my home's main line sewer drain. The were in and out in 2 days and were extremely workman-like, kind and professional! I highly recommend this company because they were prompt, cared about restoring normality to my family and just performed a fantastic service. Furthermore, I paid them about $2,800, when I had received 2 ""phone quotes"" for between $4,000 and $5,000! God forbid you ever need this service, but if you do, I suggest that you call them without hesitation! I will call them when ever I need work at my home, because I trust them!
